Exceptional service with a twist

Woke up to the scent of a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Mr Azam and his team offered top-notch service, making my 11-night stay feel like home.

However, the lack of clear pool instructions was frustrating. There were mixed messages about towel usage, which took away from the relaxation.

Couldn't recommend more for an overnight stopping.

This hotel impresses with its cleanliness and incredibly accommodating staff. Special thanks to Mr Vaveer Mohan for his warm welcome and Mimo for pre-arrival assistance. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring diverse cuisines with standouts like Pad Thai. A truly memorable experience with unparalleled service!

The stay was fantastic! Enjoyed the amazing swimming pool and the signature cocktails at the bar. The on-site pearl shop was a good discovery, offering great discounts. the attention to detail during check-in made me feel welcomed.

best place for comfort

The Superior Double Room was comfy with a minibar and tea/coffee maker. Found the private bathroom spotless and had easy access to wireless internet. Staff was super attentive and helped us with local info. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of fresh pastries. Great spot for relaxation with spa facilities available.

Awesome breakfast selection!

Staying here for 4 nights was fab! The breakfast spread was huge and had something for everyone. The only hiccup was that the masala omelette I ordered was kinda off. Room service portions were massive, too, which led to some leftover food. But overall, staff were super helpful, and I felt really taken care of!

Enjoyed the themed dinners and the attentive staff. Air conditioning in the room needed improvement. Overall, a solid experience.

The Deluxe King Room was comfortable and well-maintained, featuring a cozy bed and commendable cleanliness. Loved the variety of breakfast options, particularly the pastries which were a delightful treat. However, the housekeeping service left much to be desired, with items like welcome chocolates and newspapers not being attended to properly. An open plate of chocolates and rotting fruit upon return was not ideal, reflecting a lack of attention to detail.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fantastic fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped with local info during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

I truly enjoyed the elegance of Vivanta Hyderabad, Begumpet. The modern design and spacious areas made it accessible for seniors. The staff were always ready to assist, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and sunshine! 🌞 My room was perfect, overlooking the pool area, making it a dreamy retreat. The breakfast spread blew my mind with umpteen choices, and the staff, especially Sai Rani and Madhavi, went above and beyond to make my mornings delightful!
